The Normative , Legal and Socio - Political Backgrounds of International Social Security Law

Abstract

|
Nowadays it seems that the need to regulate the legal affaires arising in the field of the international social security law is increasing. It is neccesary, on the one hand, to answer this question to formulate the scheme of the international social security legislation based on the methode of the comparative studies. On the other, this kind of efforts should also satisfy the requirements under our constitution and meat the present domestic demand of the social policy.
This article aimes to answer above questions in terms of these normative, legal and socio-political backgrounds, particulars by reference to, firstly the course of the current problems, secondly the need of improvement of the present legislation, finally, the direction of their future development.
